The challenge

Renovation work sells on what it looks like when it is finished. Prospects wanted to see completed kitchens, bathrooms and additions, know the crew works in their village, and reach someone without filling in a long form. The company also needed its licence, its owner-operated model and its island-specific expertise to be obvious to a first-time visitor.

What we built

We built a mobile-first site around a portfolio of fifteen completed projects, each with an interactive before-and-after slider and a gallery of finished rooms and materials. Every trade has its own page: kitchen and bathroom renovations, home additions and full renovations, concrete and structural repair, fire and water damage restoration, steel canopies and carports, custom carpentry, and in-house electrical and plumbing.

Coverage of all nineteen villages, free walkthroughs and the contractor licence number sit where a visitor looks for them. A blog answers the questions island homeowners actually search for, such as why concrete spalls on Guam. Phone, WhatsApp and email are one tap away on every page.

Results

Prospects can now compare the before and after of a project like theirs, read how the company approaches island conditions, and contact the owner directly. The positioning lines "Built to stand up to the island" and "One crew, start to finish" carry the message the owner wanted: continuity and accountability from the first walkthrough to the last fix.
